Description
QIAGEN's Taq DNA Polymerase is a singleplex, endpoint PCR enzyme featuring 5'→3' exonuclease activity. The enzyme is supplied without hot-start capability and is suitable for amplification of genomic DNA and cDNA targets.
Designed for molecular biology workflows, the enzyme supports applications including PCR, RT-PCR, DNA fingerprinting, and TA cloning. dNTPs are not included with the standard formulation but are available in the Taq PCR Core Kit configuration.
The kit includes Taq DNA Polymerase, 10x PCR Buffer, 10x CoralLoad PCR Buffer, 5x Q-Solution, and 25 mM MgCl2. A separate mastermix is not provided.
