STEMdiff Neural Rosette Select Reagent

Neural rosette selection reagent formulated by STEMCELL Technologies for use in the directed differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells into neural lineage cells. The reagent selectively lifts organized neural rosette structures from adherent culture while sparing surrounding non-neural differentiated cells, enriching populations that resemble early neuroepithelial tissue.

Designed for integration with the STEMdiff neural induction workflow, it supports research on cortical neuron generation, neural tube patterning, and in vitro disease modeling. Researchers apply the reagent after neural induction to harvest rosette clusters for downstream expansion in neural progenitor medium or for cryobanking.

Supplied as a single-use 5 mL vial suitable for approximately 10 to 15 selection cycles per 6-well plate, depending on rosette density. Store frozen at -20 degrees C, protect from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve activity.
