Description

This QIAGEN kit component is used in the PowerSoil® DNA Isolation Kit, which employs patented Inhibitor Removal Technology® (IRT) for isolating genomic DNA from environmental samples. The kit is intended for samples with high humic acid content, including difficult soil types such as compost, sediment, and manure. It produces DNA of high purity suitable for successful PCR amplification. This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.
