From QIAGEN's Assay Technologies portfolio, this LNA-modified antisense oligonucleotide enables potent, sequence-specific inhibition of miRNAs in functional studies. It belongs to the Power Inhibitor line, which features a phosphorothioate (PS) backbone that enhances stability and is suited to situations where transfection is difficult or miRNA expression levels are high. The inhibitor binds complementarily to its target miRNA to block its activity.
