SARS-CoV-2 Wastewater Surv. Assay (200)

A pre-designed assay panel from QIAGEN for environmental surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 in wastewater samples. The panel targets the N1 and N2 regions of SARS-CoV-2 alongside a bovine coronavirus (BCoV) internal process control and is validated for use on the QIAGEN QIAcuity digital PCR platform. The assay supports high-throughput multiplex detection, enabling co-monitoring and co-quantification of multiple pathogens from a single wastewater sample, with compatible add-on targets extending detection to Influenza A, Influenza B, and RSV within the same well. It is intended to support public-health research and environmental monitoring programs and is compatible with Ceres Nanosciences Nanotrap concentration methods as well as QIAGEN AllPrep PowerViral extraction on the QIAcube.
