Penta.His HRP Conjugate Kit

From QIAGEN, this HRP conjugate kit from the QIAexpress Anti·His HRP Conjugate Kit family is designed for sensitive, direct detection of His-tagged proteins. It uses anti·His antibodies chemically coupled to horseradish peroxidase (HRP), eliminating the need for a secondary antibody in immunodetection workflows.

The Penta·His variant detects the HHHHH epitope on N-terminal, C-terminal and internal 6xHis tags, with reported sensitivities of 10 pg in dot blots and 50 pg in western blots. The antibody is of mouse IgG1 isotype and shows negligible cross-reactivity with crude E. coli, yeast, mammalian or insect cell lysates. Supplied as a stabilized stock solution, it is compatible with both chemiluminescent and chromogenic detection substrates.

Typical applications include Western blotting, ELISA and other immunodetection techniques targeting His-tagged proteins. The kit is intended for molecular biology applications only and is not intended for use in the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of disease.
