His Strep pQE-TriSystem Vector Set

The QIAGEN system is a versatile expression platform designed for multi-host expression of proteins bearing both a 6xHis tag and the Strep-tag II in E. coli, mammalian, and insect cells. The set includes three expression vectors—pQE-TriSystem 1, 2, and 3—which provide flexibility in cloning and expression across different cellular environments.

Each vector contains N-terminal His and Strep tags, enabling dual-affinity purification using Ni-NTA and Strep-Tactin affinity chromatography for high-purity protein isolation. These tags also facilitate detection and functional characterization using anti-His and anti-Strep antibodies.
