SARS-CoV-2 Neo Assay Kit (2400)

Run on the NeuMoDx 288 or 96 Molecular Systems, the QIAGEN SARS-CoV-2 Neo Assay Kit delivers 2400 reactions for automated real-time RT-PCR detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA from primary clinical specimens. Targeting conserved regions of the SARS-CoV-2 genome, the kit processes nasopharyngeal, oropharyngeal, and anterior nasal swabs collected in viral transport medium with minimal hands-on time. Each kit includes enzyme mixes, internal controls, and pre-loaded consumables compatible with the NeuMoDx cartridge format.

Each cartridge accommodates approximately 200 µL of sample per test, while the NeuMoDx 288 system processes up to 288 patient samples per run, supporting high-volume diagnostic workflows. The assay reaches a limit of detection near 100 copies/mL, allowing reliable identification of infected individuals across varying viral loads. Validated specimen types also include bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and saliva collected under standard clinical conditions.

Store the reagents at -20°C to preserve enzymatic activity through the kit's 12-month shelf life from the date of manufacture.
