Description
QIAGEN provides this RT-qPCR genomic DNA control to support validation of primer performance and run integrity in real-time PCR workflows. It is intended as a positive control for assay development, verification and routine quality control.
Designed for the detection of genomic DNA contamination in RNA and cDNA samples, the ready-to-use format is supplied with a certificate of analysis and handling instructions. The control is compatible with standard real-time PCR instruments and is recommended for storage at -20°C.
