Description
Designed as a research reagent from STEMCELL Technologies, this rat IgG2b, kappa isotype control antibody (Clone RTK4530) is suitable for estimating the degree of non-specific binding by an antigen-specific antibody.
The product is available unconjugated as well as conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488, APC, Biotin, FITC, and PE. Representative flow cytometry data from C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes show labeling with the isotype control followed by a mouse anti-rat IgG2b antibody, FITC (solid line histogram), with a rat IgG2b, kappa positive control antibody (Anti-Mouse CD45 Antibody, Clone 30-F11) included as a filled histogram reference for each conjugate format.
