Gt Anti-Ms IgG (H+L), Poly, ID, 200_g

A polyclonal secondary antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, this reagent is a goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) antibody conjugated to iFluor™ 488. It reacts with the heavy chains on mouse IgG and with the light chains common in most mouse immunoglobulins, making it suitable as a detection reagent for mouse primaries in immunofluorescence workflows. Verified applications include ICC/IF, with reported use also in IHC.

The antibody is supplied as a red solid and was prepared by affinity chromatography. According to the manufacturer's directions for use, the vial should be centrifuged before opening and the product resuspended in deionized water to give a 1 mg/mL stock dilution. For ICC/IF, a suggested working concentration of 1 - 2 µg/mL is given, with titration recommended to determine optimal performance for each application.

STEMCELL Technologies indicates the product is stable at 2 - 8 °C when stored undiluted; it should not be frozen and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light, remaining stable until the expiry date on the label. The reagent has been demonstrated for labeling E-cadherin-positive intestinal epithelial cells in human intestinal organoids grown using the STEMdiff™ Intestinal Organoid Kit, and has also been used to stain Caco-2 cells in combination with an anti-acetylated alpha-tubulin primary antibody.
