From STEMCELL Technologies, this Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Antibody, Polyclonal is a polyclonal secondary antibody that reacts with the heavy chains on rabbit IgG and the light chains common in most rabbit immunoglobulins. The reagent is described in an AMCA-conjugated format and, according to published product figures, is also available conjugated to iFluor™ 488, iFluor™ 568, and iFluor™ 647 fluorophores for flexible detection in immunofluorescence workflows.

In demonstrated applications, the antibody has been used to label fixed and permeabilized Caco-2 epithelial cells following primary antibody staining, with nuclei counter-stained using DAPI. It has additionally been used to detect cytokeratin 20-positive intestinal epithelial cells in H9 human intestinal organoids cultured using the STEMdiff™ Intestinal Organoid Kit, followed by DAPI counter-staining.
