Description
From STEMCELL Technologies, this polyclonal goat antibody is raised against mouse IgG and reacts with heavy chains on mouse IgG as well as the light chains common to most mouse immunoglobulins. The reagent is available conjugated to fluorescein (FITC) as well as to iFluor™ 488, iFluor™ 568, and iFluor™ 647 dyes for immunofluorescence detection. Demonstrated use includes staining of fixed and permeabilised Caco-2 epithelial cells in combination with a primary monoclonal antibody, with cell nuclei counter-stained using DAPI.
