Description
A rat IgG2b, kappa isotype control antibody conjugated to PE, offered by STEMCELL Technologies. Clone RTK4530 is suitable for use to estimate the degree of non-specific binding by an antigen-specific antibody. Flow cytometry analysis of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes labeled with this reagent has been performed.
