Rt IgG2a,k Ctrl, RTK2758, AZ, 100µg

Manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies, the Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Antibody, Clone RTK2758, APC is a laboratory reagent designed to estimate the degree of non-specific binding by an antigen-specific antibody. The clone is presented as a rat IgG2a, kappa isotype control and is offered in an APC-conjugated format suited to flow cytometry workflows.

Supporting flow cytometry data described on the manufacturer's product page demonstrate use of the RTK2758 clone with C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes. Figure examples include unconjugated labeling followed by a mouse anti-rat IgG2a antibody, FITC, as well as directly conjugated variants: Alexa Fluor® 488, APC, Biotin (with streptavidin APC), FITC, and PE. In each case the solid-line histogram represents the isotype control antibody, while the filled histogram shows labeling with a rat IgG2a, kappa positive control antibody (Anti-Mouse CD8a, Clone 53-6.7) used for comparison. Related isotype control clones offered alongside it include a mouse monoclonal IgG2a, kappa control, a rat monoclonal IgM, kappa control, a rat monoclonal IgG1, kappa control, and a rat monoclonal IgG2b, kappa control.
