RSV Control Pep Pool 25ug/pep

A lyophilized peptide pool from STEMCELL Technologies provides 28 defined HLA class I-restricted T cell epitopes derived from respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). The mixture is formulated as trifluoroacetate salts and is intended as an antigen-specific positive control for stimulating T cells in immune cell activation studies. According to the product documentation, one unit (~25 µg/~15 nmol per peptide) is sufficient for stimulating 2.5 x 10^8 cells, with a stated purity of ≥ 95%.

Peptide sequences are drawn from RSV proteins including the fusion glycoprotein F0 precursor, the nucleoprotein (NP), and matrix proteins MP and MP2. For reconstitution, the material is warmed to room temperature (15–25°C), pure DMSO (~40 μL) is added, and the mixture is diluted with water to the desired concentration, keeping the final DMSO level below 1% (v/v). The lyophilized product is stored at -20°C and is stable as supplied until the expiry date on the label.

Reconstituted material should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, protected from light, and shielded from repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The product is classified as research use only and is not intended for human or animal diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
