Rotor-Disc 72 (240)

Supplied by QIAGEN, this pre-formed 72-position rotor disc is designed for use with the Rotor-Gene Q and features 100 µl tubes with a recommended reaction volume of 20–25 µl. It is intended for use with the original Rotor-Disc 72 Rotor and Rotor-Disc 72 Locking Ring.

Manufactured from virgin polypropylene, the disc is free from human DNA, DNase, RNase and PCR inhibitors and is individually packaged to support contamination-free workflows. The one-piece plate equivalent has vertically oriented wells compatible with automated reaction set-up using a robotic liquid handling system.

Compatible with heat-sealing films for evaporation control, the precision-moulded disc supports balanced rotation and reliable instrument performance. As a single-use, sterile consumable, it should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
