QX 0.2 ml 12-Tube Strip (80)

QIAGEN consumable comprising 0.2 ml 12-tube strips intended for use with QIAxcel instruments performing automated DNA and RNA fragment analysis. The strips serve as sample vessels on the QIAxcel buffer tray, fitting into the MARKER1 and MARKER2 positions. According to QIAGEN's QIAxcel RNA Handbook, the strips should fit loosely in these positions, as tightly fitting tube strips may cause injection problems and damage the cartridge capillary.

The product is part of QIAGEN's Primary Sample Technologies consumables portfolio. For applications involving the QX Alignment Marker, the loaded strip should be stored at –20°C when not in use and equilibrated to room temperature (15–25°C), then centrifuged briefly, before being placed on the instrument.
