Description
This QIAGEN index adapter set contains combinatorial dual-indexed adapters for QIAseq Targeted Panel sequencing on Illumina platforms. Configured as the 2nd of 4 sets required for multiplexing 384 samples, the kit indexes up to 96 samples per set. As part of the QIAseq Targeted NGS workflow, the adapters supply sample index oligonucleotides that enable de-multiplexing of pooled libraries and assignment of sequencing reads to their original source libraries.
