QIAseq 96-Index L (384)

This QIAGEN kit contains combinatorial dual-indexed adapters for indexing samples in QIAseq Targeted Panel sequencing on Illumina platforms. It is the first of four sets required together for multiplexing up to 384 samples, with each set indexing up to 96 samples. The adapters form part of the adapter complex used in NGS workflows to de-multiplex pooled libraries and assign sequencing reads to their original source libraries.

QIAseq Index Kits are available exclusively from QIAGEN for QIAseq targeted NGS applications and are compatible only with Illumina instruments. They are optimized for QIAseq Targeted Panel workflows including QIAseq Targeted DNA, QIAseq RNAscan and QIAseq Immune Repertoire RNA Library Kits. Combinatorial dual-index adapters work alongside Unique Molecular Indices (UMIs) integrated into QIAseq Targeted Panels to mitigate index hopping and mis-assignment of reads.
