Isolate untouched CD8+ T cells from whole blood in a single 20-minute centrifugation step with this tetrameric antibody cocktail from STEMCELL Technologies. The RosetteSep Human CD8+ Enrichment reagent crosslinks unwanted leukocytes to erythrocytes via bispecific complexes that recognise both glycophorin-A on red blood cells and non-target cell surface markers, so crosslinked cells pellet together through density gradient medium while target CD8+ T cells remain at the interface.

The 10 mL bottle processes approximately 200 mL of human whole blood per use, supporting mid-scale immunological studies, cancer immunotherapy research, HIV work, and vaccine development pipelines. Because the procedure relies on immunodensity rather than magnetic columns, it integrates into standard laboratory workflows and yields native, unlabelled CD8+ T cells ready for flow cytometry, cell culture, and downstream functional assays.
