Description
A granulocyte depletion reagent from STEMCELL Technologies, designed to deplete granulocytes from whole blood by targeting unwanted cells to pellet with red blood cells during centrifugation. The cocktail is intended for use as part of cell isolation workflows, including the immunomagnetic isolation of untouched neutrophils directly from whole blood. It is compatible with density gradient medium for the isolation of mononuclear cells, with cell culture buffer, and with antibodies used for purity assessment of isolated cells. It is associated with density gradient centrifugation workflows in both in vitro diagnostic (IVD) and research use only configurations.
