RosetteSep DML, 100mL

This density gradient medium is supplied by STEMCELL Technologies as part of the RosetteSep™ product family. It is referenced in the product documentation for the RosetteSep™ Human B Cell Enrichment Cocktail as a recommended density gradient medium, listed alongside Lymphoprep™ and Ficoll-Paque™ PLUS for the centrifugation-based isolation of cells from human whole blood. In the associated protocol, the density gradient medium is used at room temperature (15 - 25°C): the diluted blood sample is layered on top of the medium (or the medium layered underneath the diluted sample), and the preparation is centrifuged for 20 minutes at 1200 x g with the brake off. Enriched (unrosetted) cells are subsequently collected from the plasma–density gradient medium interface.
