Description
Manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies, this tetrameric antibody complex cocktail is designed for the depletion of IgE-bearing cells, such as basophils and mast cells, from human whole blood. The reagent contains antibody complexes that recognize IgE and glycophorin A on red blood cells.
When whole blood is centrifuged over a density gradient medium such as Lymphoprep, unwanted IgE cells are removed with the red blood cell pellet, while the enriched non-IgE cell population collects at the plasma–density medium interface. The product supports a high-throughput cell separation workflow and is compatible with SepMate and other RosetteSep depletion cocktails. For research use only.
