RoboSep Negative Human B Cell, 1mL

A reagent kit from STEMCELL Technologies designed for the negative isolation of untouched human B cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) using the RoboSep automated cell separator. The RoboSep platform fully automates cell labeling and magnetic separation steps via a robotic pipettor in a column-free system, requiring only 5 minutes of hands-on time per run. Up to 4 different cell types can be processed at once from sources including peripheral blood mononuclear cells, whole blood, and buffy coat, and disposable plastic-ware tips help minimize sample cross-contamination.

Reported purity for B cells isolated by negative selection from PBMC typically ranges from 97.9% – 99.5%. Each kit contains enough reagents to process 10⁹ cells from PBMC. For research use only; not for therapeutic or diagnostic use.
