RNeasy Plus Universal Tissue Mini Kit50

QIAGEN's RNeasy Plus Universal Kits integrate rapid RNA purification with effective elimination of genomic DNA, using a gDNA Eliminator Solution that removes DNA without enzymes. Optimized protocols allow purification of high-quality total RNA from a wide range of tissue types, including difficult-to-lyse specimens such as fatty tissue.

Each kit combines QIAzol Lysis Reagent for tissue lysis with RNeasy spin columns for purification of intact RNA. The Mini format supports purification of RNA from up to 50 mg of tissue, while the Midi format supports up to 250 mg of tissue. Workflow on the Mini Kit can be automated on the QIAcube Connect system.

The purified RNA is suitable for downstream applications that are sensitive to small amounts of DNA, such as quantitative real-time RT-PCR, as well as a range of other molecular biology uses.
