REPLI-g UltraFast Mini Kit (25)

From QIAGEN, the REPLI-g UltraFast Mini Kit is designed for fast whole genome amplification from small samples using Multiple Displacement Amplification (MDA) technology. The kit enables amplification from purified genomic DNA, blood, and tissue culture cells, supporting downstream genotyping and DNA sequence analyses that would otherwise be limited by available sample material.

The isothermal reaction proceeds for 1.5 hours at 30°C and uses a uniquely processive DNA polymerase with 3'→5' exonuclease proofreading activity to deliver highly uniform amplification across the entire genome with negligible sequence bias. A typical reaction yields approximately 7–10 μg of DNA from a 20 μl reaction, with an average product length typically greater than 10 kb and a range between 2 kb and 100 kb.

The kit is shipped on dry ice and should be stored at –20°C, where it remains stable for at least 6 months after shipping; for longer storage it is kept at –70°C. Each lot is tested against predetermined specifications under the manufacturer's ISO-certified Quality Management System.
