REPLI-g Cell WGA & WTA Kit (12)

QIAGEN's REPLI-g Cell WGA & WTA Kit is designed for uniform parallel amplification of all transcripts and genomic regions from a single very small sample. The kit amplifies genomic DNA and cDNA in parallel, producing material highly suited for next-generation sequencing — including both DNA-Seq and RNA-Seq — as well as for array-based analysis, genotyping applications, and quantitative PCR. The workflow accepts cells or total RNA as starting material, supporting research areas such as somatic genetic variant analysis in cancer and biomarker discovery (SNPs, mutations, CNVs). It is suitable for amplification of both the transcriptome (RNA) and the genome (DNA), but is not intended for use with small nucleic acids.
