Recom B18R protein, 50 µg

STEMCELL Technologies supplies this recombinant B18R protein as an accessory for RNA-based somatic cell reprogramming workflows. In the ReproRNA™-OKSGM system, the protein is added to the medium during the first 2 weeks after transfection to inhibit the interferon response and to increase the viability of the cells being reprogrammed.

The protein is supplemented into both Growth Medium and ReproTeSR™ at a final concentration of 175 ng/mL, supporting reprogramming under feeder-dependent and feeder-free culture conditions. It is stored at -80°C and, as supplied, remains stable for 12 months from the date of receipt.
