QuantiTect Multiplex RT-PCR Kit (1000)

This QIAGEN one-step RT-PCR kit is formulated for multiplex real-time reverse transcription PCR using sequence-specific probes. The ready-to-use master mix combines a hot start with a unique PCR buffer system, providing highly sensitive qRT-PCR on real-time cyclers without the need for optimization. The dNTP mix includes dUTP, allowing optional treatment with UNG, and the kit is supplied with an optimized RT mix that supports efficient reverse transcription across a wide range of RNA template amounts.

The master mix contains ROX dye for fluorescence normalization, making the kit suited to cyclers that require ROX, including Applied Biosystems instruments. Master mixes can be stored at 2–8°C. The kit enables reliable quantification of up to 5 RNA targets in a single tube by multiplex, real-time one-step RT-PCR and supports gene expression analysis on real-time cyclers from Applied Biosystems, Bio-Rad, Cepheid, Eppendorf, Roche and Agilent.

Manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles as part of QIAGEN's Sample & Assay Technologies portfolio, this large-scale offering is aimed at high-throughput multiplex one-step RT-PCR for larger study cohorts and routine testing.
