QuantiNova Probe PCR Kit (100)

A novel antibody-mediated hot-start mechanism underpins QIAGEN's probe-based real-time PCR kit, which delivers highly sensitive and specific amplification for singleplex or duplex cDNA and gDNA analysis. The QuantiNova Probe PCR Kit combines QuantiNova DNA Polymerase, QuantiNova Antibody, and QuantiNova Guard to prevent extension of nonspecifically annealed primers and primer-dimers, removing the need for optimization even with challenging assays.

The supplied master mix remains stable at 30°C for up to 100 hours without any cooling agent, making the kit well suited to high-throughput reaction setup and automated plate handling. Detection extends reliably to even single target copies, and duplex PCR data are comparable to singleplex results.

An inert blue dye in the master mix and a yellow dye in the QuantiNova Yellow Template Dilution Buffer serve as a built-in visual indicator: the reaction turns green when template is added, confirming correct pipetting. The kit runs on any real-time cycler, with ROX supplied separately for instruments that require a passive reference dye.
