QuantiFast Probe PCR+ROXVial Kit (400)

A real-time PCR kit supplied by QIAGEN as part of the QuantiFast® product family, featuring a separate ROX vial that allows the reference dye to be added in the appropriate amount for the user's real-time cycler. This format accommodates instruments that require ROX as a reference dye, including ABI cyclers configured for 'Low ROX' or 'High ROX', as well as systems where the ROX channel can be used for target detection.

The product is manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles and is also produced according to ISO 13485 principles, supporting consistent product performance within QIAGEN's Sample & Assay Technologies portfolio.

This kit has been phased out in favour of the QuantiNova Probe PCR Kit, part of the QuantiNova kit family — QIAGEN's most advanced generation of real-time PCR and RT-PCR kits. The QuantiFast and Rotor-Gene PCR kit product lines were scheduled to be discontinued in production by June 30, 2021, and afterward offered only while stocks last. The QuantiNova successor family is designed to deliver improvements in handling, speed, and in-process safety features over the precursor kits.
