Description
A pathogen detection kit from QIAGEN, supplied within the QuantiNova product line, combines an integrated internal control with one-step RT-PCR reagents. The included internal control is designed to verify both nucleic acid extraction and amplification integrity within each reaction.
The system supports multiplex assays, allowing the target sequence and the internal control to be amplified together in a single reaction. It is formulated for sensitivity across clinical and environmental sample types that may contain potential inhibitors, and is intended for use on real-time PCR platforms.
