Description
From QIAGEN's real-time qPCR consumables line, this 384-well plate is designed for real-time PCR applications. The wells are white (opaque) with a volume of 35 µl, and the plate features a skirted frame design with cut corners at A24 and P24. The full skirt around the complete plate edge is 15 mm high, providing extremely high plate stability that is particularly beneficial in automated high-throughput workflows. The skirted format also offers the largest area for marking on the edge of the plate, for example by bar codes.
The plate is listed among the supported plastic products for the QIAquant 384 5plex real-time PCR cycler, which accepts 384-well PCR plates sealed with optical sealing film.
