QIAseq xHYB Mitochondrial Panel 24

QIAGEN's QIAseq xHYB Mitochondrial Panel is a spike-in hybrid-capture probe set for targeted enrichment of mitochondrial sequences in next-generation sequencing workflows. The panel is supplied as a probe set for use in conjunction with a QIAseq xHYB Human Hybrid Capture Panel or the QIAseq Human Exome Kit.

With a defined panel size of 16.6 Kb, the product supports focused mitochondrial DNA enrichment for variant analysis and heteroplasmy assessment. It fits into standard QIAseq workflows and Illumina sequencing pipelines, and target region definition files in BED format are available for download from QIAGEN.

For standalone use of the panel, the QIAseq xHYB Human Reagent Kit must be purchased separately. The product is intended for molecular biology applications and is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease.
