QIAseq xHYB Human Reagent Kit (96)

From QIAGEN, this reagent kit provides all components required for hybrid capture-based target enrichment in next-generation sequencing workflows on Illumina platforms. It is intended for use alongside QIAseq xHYB Custom Human Panels for standalone custom target capture in molecular biology applications and is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of any disease.

The kit comprises two boxes. Box 1 contains the hybridization and amplification reagents: One-4-All Blocking Oligos, One-4-All Blocking Solution, Fast Hybridization Solution, Vapor-Lock, Post Hybrid-Capture PCR Mix (2×), Primer Mix Illumina Library Amplification, and RNase-Free Water. Box 2 contains the capture and wash components: Streptavidin Binding Beads, Post Capture Binding Buffer, Wash Buffer A, and Wash Buffer B.

Box 1 is shipped on dry ice and should be stored at –30 to –15°C in a constant-temperature freezer upon receipt; Box 2 is shipped on a cool pack (4°C) and stored at 2–8°C. Under these conditions, the components are stable until the expiry date indicated on the label. Each lot is manufactured under QIAGEN's ISO-certified Quality Management System and tested against predetermined specifications to ensure consistent product quality.
