QIAseq xHYB Custom Human Panel (96)

QIAGEN's QIAseq xHYB Custom Human Panels offer a flexible, hybridization-capture-based solution for sample-to-insight, targeted sequencing of DNA by next-generation sequencing (NGS). The fast and efficient hybridization capture technology facilitates highly uniform enrichment of target sequences and allows comprehensive variant detection with minimal sequencing effort. Up to eight indexed whole genome sequencing (WGS) libraries can be hybridized simultaneously in as little as 30 minutes, from as little as 200 ng input per WGS library, to yield highly complex libraries.

The panels deliver exceptional coverage uniformity regardless of the GC content of the targets, supporting >99% base-level coverage of targets at ≥20x, and enable comprehensive and sensitive detection of variants with >98% combined sensitivity for SNVs and indels while minimizing drop-outs. Custom content can be tailored to specific research needs, with a variable panel size.

The custom panels can be used as spike-in panels in conjunction with a QIAseq xHYB Human Hybrid Capture Panel or the QIAseq Human Exome Kit. For standalone use, the QIAseq xHYB Human Reagent Kit must be purchased separately. Recommended WGS library preparation kits include QIAseq FX DNA Library Kits, QIAseq Ultralow Input Library Kits, and QIAseq cfDNA Library Kits, all of which include QIAseq Unique Dual-Index or Combinatorial Dual-Index Adapters, are fully compatible with the workflow, and allow multiplexing of up to 384 samples per sequencing run.
