From QIAGEN, this unique dual index kit supplies Illumina-compatible indices for multiplex next-generation sequencing workflows. The indices are engineered to reduce cross-talk between samples and improve demultiplexing accuracy, supporting high-confidence sample identification across library pooling strategies, diagnostic research and targeted sequencing applications. When paired with the QIAseq FastSelect RNA Library Kits, the kit is added during final library amplification in a single PCR step. It forms part of a modular index system in which up to 768 different unique dual indices can be combined for sequencing on an Illumina NGS instrument.
