QIAseq UX 96 Index Kit IL UDI A–H (768)

This QIAGEN index kit supplies reagents for unique dual-indexed sample multiplexing in high-throughput sequencing workflows. When used with QIAseq FastSelect RNA Library Kits, the kit enables a very large number of individual samples to be combined for sequencing on a single flow cell lane. It is intended for population-scale studies, large diagnostic panels and other applications requiring very high sample throughput.

During library preparation, each library receives a unique sample ID, is amplified and indexed with unique dual indices in a single PCR step, and is then pooled for sequencing on an Illumina NGS instrument. The product is part of the UNGS_UNIVERSAL NGS portfolio, with Consumables as its budget line group.
