QIAseq UPXome RNA Lib Kit Yeast (24)

A library preparation kit from QIAGEN, designed specifically for yeast RNA samples. The workflow depletes abundant rRNA and other dominant transcripts found in fungal preparations while preserving transcriptome complexity, supporting yeast gene expression and functional genomics studies.

It features a streamlined, strand-specific process that includes fragmentation, reverse transcription, end repair, adapter ligation and amplification. Unique Molecular Indexes (UMIs) are integrated to aid accurate quantitation and enable duplicate removal. The kit is Illumina-compatible and suitable for low-to-moderate RNA inputs.
