QIAseq UPXome RNA Lib Kit Worm (24)

An RNA-seq library preparation kit from QIAGEN, formulated for transcriptome profiling of nematode (worm) samples. The chemistry reduces abundant ribosomal RNA and high-abundance transcripts to improve detection of low-abundance RNAs while maintaining strand-of-origin information. The workflow combines fragmentation, cDNA synthesis, end repair, adapter ligation and PCR amplification, and incorporates Unique Molecular Index (UMI) tags to support more accurate quantitation and duplicate correction.

Reagents are compatible with Illumina sequencing platforms and the kit is optimised for routine transcriptome profiling from low to moderate RNA inputs. Within QIAGEN's portfolio the product is classified in the UNGS Universal NGS group.
