A high-throughput library preparation solution from QIAGEN, designed for strand-specific RNA sequencing of human, mouse and rat samples. The kit provides tailored depletion of abundant mammalian transcripts and includes reagents covering the complete workflow: fragmentation, cDNA synthesis, end repair, adapter ligation and PCR amplification. It is intended for large-scale studies and automation and is compatible with Illumina sequencing platforms.
