QIAseq UPXome RNA Lib Kit Fish (24)

An RNA library preparation kit from QIAGEN that is optimised for fish transcriptomes. The chemistry is formulated to reduce abundant rRNA and other high‑abundance transcripts common to piscine samples while retaining comprehensive representation of coding and noncoding RNAs.

The workflow is streamlined and strand‑specific, covering fragmentation, cDNA synthesis, end repair, adapter ligation and PCR, and incorporates unique molecular identifiers (UMIs) for improved duplicate handling and quantitative accuracy.

Libraries produced are compatible with Illumina sequencing platforms, and the kit is suited to developmental, toxicology and comparative transcriptome projects.
