QIAseq UPXome RNA Lib Kit (24)

This RNA library preparation kit from QIAGEN is a universal UPXome workflow intended for general transcriptome applications. It is designed to reduce abundant RNAs and enrich for informative coding and noncoding transcripts while preserving strand specificity.

The integrated workflow covers enzymatic fragmentation, cDNA synthesis, end repair, adapter ligation and PCR, and incorporates UMIs to support improved duplicate identification and quantitative performance. The kit is compatible with Illumina sequencing platforms and is optimised for routine low-to-moderate input samples.

It supports library construction for transcript identification, fusion gene discovery and high-throughput gene expression, and accepts high-quality or fragmented input RNA. RNA-seq libraries can be prepared from tissues, exosomes, FFPE samples and cell lines, and the workflow also supports eukaryotic, prokaryotic and fungal RNA.
