From QIAGEN, this dual RNA-seq library kit is designed to capture and profile mixed host–pathogen transcriptomes in a single workflow. It provides strand-specific libraries from total RNA with balanced processing of eukaryotic and prokaryotic transcripts and targeted depletion of abundant RNA species.
