QIAseq UPX 3' Transcriptome (384), Box 1

This Box 1 reagent set from QIAGEN provides the core components for high-throughput 3' transcriptome library preparation as part of the QIAseq UPX 3' Transcriptome (384), Box 1 workflow. The format is designed for scalable UMI-based gene expression profiling and is optimised for large studies and automated liquid-handling pipelines.
