QIAseq UPX 3' Trans. 48-Index (192)

QIAGEN supplies a sample-indexing accessory designed to support the QIAseq UPX 3' Transcriptome workflow on Illumina next-generation sequencing platforms. The product provides 48 sample indices for a total of 192 samples, allowing up to 48 samples to be indexed per run during 3' transcriptome sequencing. According to the manufacturer's handbook, each box contains four tubes of QIAseq D Read 2 Primer I at 24 µl each, 48 indented flat 12-cap strips, and arrays in which each well holds one PCR primer pair for amplification and sample indexing. The kit is shipped on dry ice and should be stored at −30 to −15°C upon receipt. It is intended for molecular biology applications as part of the high-throughput QIAseq UPX 3' transcriptome analysis pipeline.
