It supports RNA-seq, library preparation, and NGS workflows, enabling straightforward sample demultiplexing for downstream Illumina sequencing. According to the manufacturer, the sample index allows multiplexing up to 96 x 96 or 96 x 384 plates per lane, with a total of 384 plates that can be indexed. The set contains 12 unique indexing oligos intended to support multiplexing workflows and is used with the QIAseq UPX 3' chemistry.
