The plate provides 96 unique barcodes that enable expanded multiplexing of 3' targeted RNA libraries and is compatible with QIAseq UPX workflows for high-throughput sequencing projects and accurate sample demultiplexing. According to the manufacturer, sample indexing supports multiplexing configurations of up to 96 x 96 or 96 x 384 plates per lane, with a total of 384 plates that can be indexed. For research use only.
