QIAseq UDI Y-Adapter Kit D (96)

Designed for high-throughput NGS multiplexing workflows, this Y-adapter set from QIAGEN provides a distinct collection of non-overlapping unique dual indexes (UDIs) that integrate with the broader QIAseq Stranded RNA Library Kit system. It complements kits A, B, and C to expand multiplexing capacity, allowing up to 384 samples to be sequenced together per lane on an Illumina NGS instrument when multiple UDI sets are combined.

The pre-annealed adapters are engineered for reliable ligation performance and Illumina sequencing compatibility, and the unique dual-index design helps reduce the risk of index misassignment. Per the manufacturer's handbook, the kit should be stored at −30 to −15 °C.
